Certain types of yarn do not go well with crochet. Let us see a couple of types of such yarns that calls for your concerted and demanding work and your prudence in accepting the project.

Mohair ? This is derived from Angora goat and is one of the soft yarns known to the experienced crocheters. Though the fabric or the yarn is attractive, crocheting with this yarn will be difficult and you should have a very openwork pattern for successful completion of the project.

Boucle

Boucle is also an attractive yarn used for crocheting certain types of work. This type of yarn is not diffused with tight clusters, which results in uneven thickness, thereby making it difficult to handle such type of yarn.

The best bet and easy to use yarns in any crocheting work are yarns such as acrylic, cotton, crˆpe, nylon, tricel and wool.
